Enclave Server Health Monitoring & Troubleshooting

To ensure seamless transfers and counter-party connectivity. The health status of VASP's enclave servers are monitored and checked in realtime.

This includes enclave server status, versions and if errors occurs.

Additionally, VASPs may require counter-party communication when transfer or verification errors occurs, suspicious or fraudulent activity..

For the above reasons, VASPs may be contacted for troubleshooting via our regular support communication channels.
